We want you to love your purchase. If you’re product arrives damaged, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@thefitforge.shop with your order number and details.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 14 business days.

- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
